Reports
Member /report flow, admin card actions, and report destination settings.
Any non-bot member can flag a message for admin review with /report. A report creates a card. It does not warn, mute, ban, or delete by itself.
Filing a report
- Reply to the message that needs review.
- Send
/reportin the group.
You cannot report Lucy or a group admin. Only current group admins can use the card’s action buttons.
Admin actions

| Warn | Add one warning (same path as /warn) |
| Mute | Stop the member from posting |
| Ban | Remove the member |
| Delete | Remove the reported message only |
| Dismiss | Close the report with no punishment |
Actioned reports can feed reputation when the action is a human confirmation (for example ban or mute). Dismissed reports do not.
Destination
Under Moderation in /settings, Reports can be:

| in_place | Keep the card in the group where it was reported |
Quarantine evidence always prefers the admin-chat routing chain. Report destination only controls report cards.
Dashboard note
The mini app inbox lists pending quarantines only. Reports stay on their Telegram cards for now. See Dashboard and Admin chat.
