How it works

From a new member to a decision, in three steps.

Detection starts the minute Lucy joins. You choose what else she does, from picture puzzles to welcome messages.

    Every new member gets a score

    Lucy checks the account's age, name, profile, first messages, links, and the invite link they used. Each check adds points she can show you.

  2. 02

    Doubtful members wait

    Past the threshold, Lucy mutes the member and sends your admins an evidence card. A picture puzzle can let real people through on their own.

  3. 03

    A person decides

    Ban, Watch, or Release from the card in Telegram, the Mini App, or the web. Lucy never bans anyone on her own.

How Lucy behaves

Three rules she never breaks.

    Lucy mutes and holds. A ban always comes from a person, and any ban can be undone from the same card.

  • Every score shows its reasons.

    Each point Lucy adds has a reason you can read, on the card and in the app. You never have to guess why she held someone.

  • She keeps counts, not your chat.

    Insights store numbers, not message text. Lucy keeps a message only when she removes it as evidence, and only for 90 days.

Before you add her.

Does Lucy ban people on her own?

No. When a member looks like spam, Lucy mutes them and shows your admins why. Only a person can ban, and any ban can be undone.

What rights does she need in my group?

Restrict members, Delete messages, and Ban members. Add administrators is optional, and only needed for /promote. If a right is missing, Lucy tells you what she cannot do.

Where do I see the members she holds?

Each hold arrives as an evidence card in your admin chat, or in your DMs if you have not set up an admin chat. You can also review holds in the Mini App and the web console.

Does Lucy read and store our messages?

Lucy scores messages as they arrive, but she does not keep an archive of your chat. She keeps a copy of a message only when she removes it or when a member reports it, and only for 90 days. Insights store numbers, not message text.

How do I pay for Premium?

Premium costs 250 Telegram Stars per group every 30 days. You pay in the Mini App, inside Telegram. It renews automatically, and you can cancel any time from your Telegram Stars settings.
