Admin chat
Bind a private admin group for quarantine evidence and optional report cards.
An admin chat is a separate Telegram group where your team reviews quarantine evidence (and optionally reports) without cluttering the managed group. Without a binding, Lucy falls back to the guild hall or DMs every human admin who has started her.
Bind a group admin chat
- Add Lucy to both the managed group and the private admin group.
- In the managed group, as an admin, run
/adminchat. - Within 10 minutes, in the admin group, run the shown
/claim CODEas the same admin who issued the code. - Optional: under Moderation in
/settings, keep Reports on admin chat (default) so report cards follow the same path.
Guild hall codes
Guild owners can run /adminchat in DM to issue a G… code. Claiming that code in a destination group binds the shared guild hall. Member groups without their own admin chat inherit the hall for group-scoped cards. See Guilds.

Fallback without binding
Routing for quarantine (and for reports set to admin chat):
- Group’s bound admin chat
- Membership guild hall
- Private DM fan-out to admins who started Lucy
Binding never replaces local group ownership of verdicts: only admins of the origin group can press Ban, Release, Watch, or Unban on that group’s cards.
